SanDisk company have increased their list of products with new SDHC memory card which capacity is 8Gb. It will allow to user save up to 8000 photos with high resolution. The new Extreme III could save up to 16 hours MPEG-4 video. Cards reading and writing speed is 20 megabytes per second that will allow to get much faster photos saving time and you can faster upload them to your computer. Card’s rating class is 6, the highest that is available in analogs and it guarantees the data transfer speed not less that 6 megabytes per second. The memory card will cost about 200$ and it will be available to buy in November. And you also will get SanDisk MicroMat card reader with USB 2.0 connection.

Many appliances are working with AA type batteries. But most part of these batteries are not rechargeable. But rechargeable AA type batteries need a special charger. But now this situation will make better batteries that you can charge with your computer’s USB port.

This idea is really innovative to make a sensation in AA batteries market because compatibility with USB port makes it an unique – you can charge it plugging it any computer that have USB port and you will not need any special chargers.

One battery from USB fully charges in 4 hours. And can endure about 600 charging cycles. These batteries are compatible with all appliances that uses AA batteries.

You can but these batteries in package of two batteries. One this package costs only 7,51 USA dollars and i think it is very cheap price.

In Intel Developer forum, Intel announced that they are developing a new USB standard.

USB 3.0, what develop USB 3.0 Promoter Group (Intel, Hewlett Packard, NEC Corporation , NXP Semiconductors, Microsoft un Texas instrument corporation ) will bring many new changes in the usual standard. Intel agent Patrick Gelsinger in the conference announced , that these companies are working to super fast personal USP connection developing , that will be 10 times faster than usual standard – USB 2.0 namely 4800 Mbit/s

“USB 3.0 is next logical step into popular pc connection. Digital era is demanding high performance and trust, to move big data amount in everyday life. USB 3.0 in this battle participate with maximum attention, and trying to keep a slim standard usage –the thing that for we love USB technology” are reporting Jeff Ravencraft, what is Intel technology strategist and USB Implementers Forum president.

Toshiba that have done much work with memory cards have presented new SD (SDHC Secure Digital High Capacity) memory cards with fantastic capacity – most expensive SD card have 32Gb capacity.

Toshiba will offer three new memory cards with high capacity – 16Gb and 32Gb SDHC and 8Gb micro SDHC memory cards. 16Gb memory card will cost about 350$ and memory card that have two times higher capacity will cost two times higher as well. And 8Gb micro SD memory card will cost about 175$.

Memory cards speed are very serious – they can write data with 6 MB/s speed. Theese memory cards gonna like to digital photo cameras users because you can save many pictures and save them without delay. You can use them in MP3 and MP4 players. Read the rest of this entry »

Corsair have presented new flash memory Flash PadLock that will differ from other flash memories with special safety solution.

Padlock flash memories i think are for those who are afraid from that their data will get in other people hands – flash memory have 11 buttons with that you can push code that is previously programmed to access data. In differ from other products like this, this isn’t very expensive and other software isn’t needed.

Toshiba set up and start to offer their shoppers 3 new HD DVD player models , who price will be from 400 and 600 USD. The new models will be Toshiba HD-A3, HD -A30, HD- A35. newest model A3 will have maximal resolution 1080i, and nothing more new won’t be in this player. A30 and A35 can offer you resolution 1080i ,and 24 pictures in second. A3 and A35 in the market will appear in October , but A30 in September.

Now for a long time LG Philips are working with flexible display development, and in the past all these output’s were based on OLED technology basics. Sadly but this OLED technology is priceless and complicated for display massive making. Now there is new technology how to develop a flexible screen, by using in theme oil and water mixtures. Idea is wary simple. Non-transparent oil is swimming in top of the water and it is covering the colourful pallet with the picture. When you supply the oil with electricity then it moves and you can see the picture. Making process for this Flexible Screen is cheap and simply and that give us hope that in the future we don’t buy a newspaper but download it in the morning on our flexible Display.
