Pocket hard disk drives from Buffalo

Buffalo have released new pocket hard disk drives with 400Gb and 500Gb capacity. The new hard disk is equipped with the new TurboUSB technology that allows you to transfer files from computer to hard disk drive faster or from hard disk to computer.

This pocket hard disk can be connected to 1.1 and 2.0 USB and it comes with free Memeo AutoBackup software. Of course the warranty is two years. Prices will be 155 pounds (about 300$) for for 400Gb drive and 207 pounds (about 400$) for 500Gb hard disk drive. They will be available in next month.

speakers in computerNowadays you can put many things in your computer and much more you can add to it with USB port. But have you seen speakers that you can put in where you usually put your CD-ROM? Scythe have made 5.25 inches speakers for putting them in your computer.

This appliance is available in three different colors – black, white and silver. And you can also adjust volume or just turn it off with buttons in front of it. The look is very stylish I think.

Intel CPU have reached beyond 2 billion transistor limit.

chipCompany Intel again surprised the world with their new processor witch have more than 2 billion transistors.
This 4 core processor is provided for servers and it is made by 65 nm technology, its tact frequency is 2 GHz. This huge transistor count is explainable with it’s big cache memory. It’s occupy all the free space on the Cristal and this processor is in Itanium CPU  family.  Intel was the first who in  2006  reached beyond 1 billion transistor limit and now they are first too. This new chip will be presented in International Solid State Circuits Conference witch is now during in San Francisco. And with this new processor they presented processor Silverthorne witch is for portable PC.

Finjan company have discovered a new infected computer management way. In notification about safety in Internet in 2007 years fourth quarter it tells about method how  Web 2.0 service can be used by infected computers net operators.

Trojan horses gets server’s instructions from RSS feeds, blog posts that are made by attackers. This method isn’t observable for users. Finjan company said that meanwhile have found three Trojan horses that uses this method.
