Web Proxys explained
A web proxy can be used to bypass banned or restricted websites. It’s the easiest method to access websites that are blocked in your country. They also help by protecting your IP from prying eyes.
The site that you open with a web proxy normally detects the IP of the proxy and not your own increasing your privacy and safety on the Internet.
The Web Proxy List lists dozens of working Web Proxies that can be used to access those blocked websites.

The best part about proxies themselves, is that there will always be a major demand for them. (New Ones especially).
From the proxy owners point of view, you can monetize your proxies to earn money both on the main page and proxified pages (and with enough modification, can just leave it there and have it on autopilot).
From the proxy seekers point of view, you can log into websites you cannot normally log into due to restrictions at school or at work.
I own quite a few proxies myself and I am very pleased with the results
The majority are within Alexa 100k, too.
